Joel set himself a few goals this week too...so I am going to add his this week:-)
1. NO SMOKING!!!!
2. Stick to healthy easting plan
3. Drink LOTS of water NO sodas
4. Portion control!
5. Yoga at least 3 times this week
6. Get Thomas back on a schedule for school!!
7. work on a scrap page and some personal photo editing
8. kids rooms (projects)
9. Try a new recipe!
10. finish book!
