Today was a good one!!!! I am back on track!! Whoooo Hoooo. Yoga was awesome!!! I ate good portions....and treated myself to about 1/2 of a small vanilla shake this evening:-) I feel good! Looking forward to another great day!
Breakfast: toast and oatmeal
Lunch: 1/2 piece of pizza
Dinner: The other 1/2 piece of pizza
Dessert: 1/2 milk shake
Drank all my water!! More then 8 cups today!
No snacks today
