Today was the first day of my challenge. I did really well! I hope I can keep it up for 30 days!
Breakfast: toast with a little butter
Drank 8 glasses of water!
Took my vitamin
Going to bed early
Snacks: Peanut butter and crackers/yogurt covered raisins
Dinner: Grilled Chicken/roasted potatoes/black eyed peas/ 1 piece of bread
NO EXERCISE TODAY :-(
I am looking forward to a great 30 days!!!
One of the girls at work decided to do this with me...so I have some competition! YAY! Whoever loses the most weight at the end of the 30 days will buy the other lunch:-)
