I have been slackin' and I hope to get back on track for real this week. I know x-mas is coming up...which means bad food etc....but I can do this!!!!
1. Workout and eat well this week (portion control)
2. Drink lots of water NO soda
3. Finish the Hunger Games (1st book)
4. Do something crafty...anything...get back into it...it makes you HAPPY!
5. Try a new recipe!
6. Read Dave Ramsey to plan with Joel for after X-Mas!
That's it for the week....I am keeping things a little more simple to get me through the holidays!!!
