I am doing ok...hanging in there...not 100% where I want to be...but getting close. I worked out today!!! I am really watching what I eat...and if I want to eat something bad...I just don't eat a lot of it!! Looking forward to getting back into Yoga this week. That will help me a lot! I need it for a stress relief and to help my back if nothing else!! Now that the kids are at camp and things have settled a little bit it should be easier for me to get to Yoga at least 3-4 times this week!
