Day 20-21 - 30 Day Challenge

The last two days have been pretty good. I FINALLY went back to Yoga and it felt great!! I have gained some weight though since I haven't been working out for a while:-( I am at 166....dang it! I am going to start my last week of this 30 Day challenge with a bang and see what progress I can make in one week! I have to get this weight off...I MUST!!!

Can't make Yoga tonight...but I HAVE to workout.

Another struggle I am having is my portion control....if it's in front of me...I will eat it. I have to watch my portion control!
