Day 15-17 30 Day Challenge

This week is going MUCH better!!! I am getting back on track and feeling good! I know that I probably won't see big results this week...but if I keep it up I will gradually see great results which is what I want to see!

Drinking lots of water
Eating lots of chicken
Staying away from anything fried
No sodas
No sweets
Exercising!


Need to eat more veggies...think I might go to the Farmers Market this weekend:-)

I think I've started my new diet twice already this week and it's only Wednesday! I just can't seem to get into it this time...
