Week 1 - 30 Day Challenge

Week 1 went ok. I lost a few pounds...but only worked out twice. This week I hope to do a little better. I will have to work out in the morning though...because I have work stuff going on Tu-F nights...ugh! This week will be more of a challenge,....but we will see how it goes:-)
