Looking forward to this week. I am ready to make some changes that I have been "working" on for too long. No more excuses....I can do this and I am done putting it off! I don't have a lot of goals this week. I am going to only focus on a few things at a time!! Let's do this!!!!
1. Stick to workout and eating plan!!!!! MOST IMPORTANT GOAL THIS WEEK!!!
3. Work on getting Thomas in his "High School" routine
4. Walk dogs EVERY NIGHT!
5. Lots of WATER and daily vitamins!
