Weekly Goal Results 8/15/11

1. Stick to workout and eating plan!!!!! MOST IMPORTANT GOAL THIS WEEK!!! - During the week I was on track...the weekend...well...not so much! But a new weeks starts tomorrow!
2. Laundry - Eeeerrrrrrr:-(
3. Work on getting Thomas in his "High School" routine - Yes, he is ready to go!!
4. Walk dogs EVERY NIGHT! - Either walked or let them out front to run!
5. Lots of WATER and daily vitamins! - YES!
