My Mom gave me these really cool cards for Christmas. They are called Power Thought Cards. Every few days I will pull one out and read it...they are very inspiring:-) Thanks Mama!

I am willing to release old, negative beliefs. They are only thoughts that stand in my way. My new thoughts are positive and fulfilling.
Weird...I just quit smoking ...hmmm....
