Weekly Goals - 7/4/11

Wow...where does the time go! It's been months and I am still not at a place in my "health" portion of the life that I want to be. I have all these great ideas but can't seem to follow through with them. I guess I have one good thing going for me! I won't give up trying! And here goes another week!

1. Workout at LEAST 3 times!
2. Portion control
3. NO sodas...lots of water!
4. Plenty of sleep!
5. Scrap page
6. Focus on positive only.....let the negative roll's not worth it!
7. Take pictures of Thomas
8. NO eating out!
9. Walk dogs every day even if it's a short one:-)
10. Read more!
