Tomorrow I am going to start this 7 day cleanse. I think it will be a good jump start to a new healthy way of eating and lifestyle change:-) I will post daily to let you guys know what it's like...and if it works:-)

Today I prepared by making the soup, cutting up all of the fruit and veggies, and making a trip to the store for everything else I need! I am super pumped to see how I feel after these next 7 days!!!
