I know it's almost Feb...but I am just now at a point that I can sit down and start focusing on my resolutions. So many changes have been happening in my life. My biggest goal this week...is STAY BUSY!
1. Work out at least 3 times this week
2. Portion control
3. 8 glasses of water a day (at least)
4. Read every night
5. 8 hours of sleep each night (at least)
6. Thomas - school focus
7. No eating out all week!
