Weekly Goals 6/27/11

I am going back to setting weekly goals...It's along the same lines as the 30 day challenge...but this is ongoing...not just 30 days:-)

I am on a roll so far!! Last week I made my goal of working out at least 3 times!! WHOOO HOOO! I am working on eating better all of the time...and only having one day of "free" eating a week.

These are my goals for t his week!

1. Workout at least 3 times
2. Portion Control!
3. WATER
4. Plenty of sleep
5. Finish Thomas's room!
6. Finish book
7. Work on a scrap page
8. Keep up the laundry
9. Get up earlier...and go to bed earlier
10. Think positive even in negative situations:-) It's all the way you make it!
