Today was a great start to the week. I wasn't perfect...but it was pretty close:-) It's almost 10....and I just ate dinner...so I am not sure that I will make my workout tonight....but I did good throughout the day:-)
Breakfast: coffee (black), banana
Lunch: Turkey wrap with mustard only, handful of fritos...and 1/2 coke zero
Snack: Cheerios
Snack: Apple
Dinner: Chinese (not a huge portion though)
Drank lots of water too!!
