Today was pretty good. I didn't work out but I did almost everything else:-)
I drank lots of water
no sodas
vitamin
etc...
Breakfast: 1 roll
snack: peanut butter sandwich
lunch: apple, ham sandwich
snack: apple
dinner: On the Border - chips/salsa and pork street tacos with avacado,black beans with water to drink
