Weekly Goals 1-24-11

I hope to have a better week this week...and to stay more focused. I kind of lost track last week.

1. Don't make any big plans...take a week to chill

2. Yoga/Walking 3-4 times this week

3. Vitamins DAILY!

4. LOTS of water:-)

5. Finish playroom

6. Finish Brittany's pictures

7. NO eating out!

8. Work on a scrap page and prayer box

9. PORTION CONTROL!!!

10. Help keep Thomas on track:-)
