Day 3:
I did great today!!!!
Breakfast: 2 pieces of bacon, toast and 1 egg
Lunch: Chicken nachos (very small portion)
Snacks: carrots, granola bar, 8 cups of water
Dinner: spaghetti and one roll (small portion)
Exercise: 30 minute jog
I feel good today:-) Looking forward to seeing some results soon!!!
