My friend Monica posts a Meal Plan every Monday. I love the idea:-) So I am totally stealing it! Maybe this will help me stick to my plan for the week and not waste any food. One of my New Years resolutions this year is to not waste food. I am horrible at not sticking to the plan and food gets thrown away because it goes bad...not this year by golly! I am going to stick to the plan:-)
Monday:
(Turkey) Spaghetti with garlic bread
Tuesday:
Pork Chops, rice, veggies
Wednesday:
Grilled Chicken, veggies, salad
Thursday:
Fish Tacos (SO excited to try this new recipe:-)
Friday:
Chicken Quesadillas, beans, salad
Sat:
Pizza/ Movie night with the kids:-)
Sunday:
Chicken and Rice, veggies
